Short version: we do not ask for your name, email or password, we never get your private keys, and we use no tracking or advertising cookies. We store what is needed to run the agent and show replays.
1. What we collect
- Wallet address of the wallet you connect, so the agent can read balances and build a plan for that wallet.
- Your messages to the agent and the agent's replies, tool results and the plan it proposes.
- Launch details you provide: token name, ticker, description, links and logo.
- Transaction data after you sign: the transaction hash and what we read about it from the chain.
- Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and request times, for security and debugging.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number or passwords, and we never receive your private keys or seed phrase.
2. Why we use it
- to run the agent and show you your run, plan and receipt;
- to verify launches onchain and publish replay pages;
- to keep the service secure and fix problems.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
3. What is public
- Blockchain data is public by design. Your wallet address, transactions and token details on Robinhood Chain can be seen by anyone, forever.
- Logos uploaded for a launch are pinned to IPFS and are publicly reachable by their link. They cannot be reliably deleted.
- Replay pages at
/r/<id>show the steps of a run, including your messages to the agent and your wallet address, to anyone who has the link. Verified launches may be listed on our website. Do not write anything in a prompt that you would not want to be public.
4. Who we share it with
We use these service providers to run Orvex. They process data only to provide their service:
- Anthropic (Claude API): your messages, wallet address and chain data are sent to the model that powers the agent.
- Pinata / IPFS: logos you upload.
- RPC providers for Robinhood Chain: chain queries, which include your wallet address.
- Hosting and database providers: storage of runs and technical logs.
We may also disclose data if required by law.
5. Cookies and local storage
Orvex uses no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. Your wallet extension and the wallet connection library may store connection preferences in your browser so you stay connected; you can clear them in your browser or disconnect at any time.
6. How long we keep it
Runs and replays are kept so that receipts stay verifiable. Unfinished runs may be deleted after a period of inactivity. Onchain data and IPFS content are outside our control and cannot be deleted by us.
7. Your choices
- You can use Orvex without connecting a wallet to browse the site and replays.
- You can ask us to remove an off-chain run or replay page that belongs to your wallet; we will verify ownership by asking you to sign a message.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete your personal data. Contact us to use them.
8. Children
Orvex is not intended for anyone under 18.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions can be sent to our official X account, @OrvexLabsxyz. See also our Terms of Service.
