Terms of Service

Short version: Orvex is a tool. You decide, you sign, and you are responsible for what you launch. Blockchain transactions are permanent and tokens can lose all of their value.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the Orvex Labs website, the launch app at /launch, public replay pages and any related services (together, "Orvex"). By using Orvex you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Orvex.

2. What Orvex does

Orvex provides AI agents that help you prepare onchain actions. Today this means launching a token on Pons on Robinhood Chain: the agent checks your details, reads public chain data, simulates the transaction and presents a plan. Features marked "Coming soon" are not available yet and may change or never ship.

3. Your wallet, your decision

• Orvex never holds your private keys and cannot send transactions for you.
• Every transaction is signed by you, in your own wallet, after you review the plan.
• You are responsible for checking every detail before you sign, including the network, amounts, token name and ticker.
• You are responsible for keeping your wallet and keys secure.

4. Risks you accept

• Transactions are final. Once confirmed onchain they cannot be reversed by Orvex or anyone else.
• Real funds. Launches on mainnet spend real ETH (launch fees, gas and any initial buy you choose).
• Token value. Tokens can be volatile, illiquid or worthless. Orvex makes no promise about any token's price or success.
• Third parties. Orvex relies on services it does not control, such as Robinhood Chain, Pons, RPC providers, IPFS pinning and wallet software. Their failures, fees or rule changes can affect you.
• AI can be wrong. Simulations and agent messages can be incomplete or mistaken. Always read the plan before signing.

5. No financial advice

Nothing on Orvex is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The agent will not tell you to buy or sell anything and does not predict prices. Get independent advice where you need it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Orvex to:

• impersonate a real person, company or existing project, or mislead buyers about what a token is;
• run scams, rug pulls, market manipulation or any other fraud;
• break any law or sanctions that apply to you, or infringe anyone's rights (including trademarks in token names and logos);
• upload illegal, hateful or sexual content involving minors, or malware;
• attack, overload, scrape or try to bypass the limits of the service.

We may refuse, limit or remove access, runs or replays that we believe break these rules.

7. Public content

Launches are public by nature. Token details you submit (name, ticker, description, links and logo) are written onchain or to IPFS and cannot be deleted. Replay pages for your runs are reachable by anyone who has the link, and verified launches may be shown on the Orvex website.

8. Fees

Orvex currently charges no fee of its own. You pay network gas and the fees set by third parties such as Pons. If Orvex introduces fees in the future, they will be shown before you sign.

9. Availability and changes

Orvex is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, pause or discontinue any part of it at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Orvex means you accept the update.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Orvex Labs is not liable for any loss of funds, tokens, profits or data, or for indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of Orvex, from third-party services, or from transactions you sign.
